Welcome Christine! Woohoo, another kiwi! (even if I am an ex-pat kiwi!). I was born in Lower Hutt and lived in Wellington for six years before I moved to Perth. We were in Wellington just after Christmas - and got the wind, and rain - went up to the windmill thing up the back of Brooklyn & couldn't see the view at all, we were standing in the clouds!

Thanks for the welcome........I also was born in Lower Hutt. Grew up in Trentham. Have lived in Wainui for over 20 years now. Love it here.
I have noticed one or two other kiwis on here, either ex pat or still living here. I am enjoying my scrapping and was thrilled to win the June Card Challenge. I have spent my prize today and am having it posted to a friend in NSW. Her daughter will bring it home to me in a few weeks time.
Nice to find another from the same part of the world as me.

I was browsing the "top 50 scrapbook sites on the web" site and it was listed there. I checked it out and figured it would be kinda cool to chat and learn from others NOT in the USA. I enjoy looking at the scrappy sites in the UK and also loving the stamps available there.
