I've been pottering in the garden the past couple of days. Once I've got that sortof, I'll tackle the house....especially my bedroom/come craft-room. It's been a little neglected the past couple of weeks and looks like a tornado hit it.

we've just arrived home from our couple of days away to see my family, and we did brave the sales today before the 4 hr trek home! The girls were dying to spend their gift cards and I got a couple of fabby Kathmandu jackets 70% off each! I've got one thats quite a couple of years old now and live it in... so very happy to get a couple more - great for the cold nights at the studio in Winter!
Just go to tackle all the holiday washing now (uck! sigh) and find a place for christmas presents etc.
AND I've only got two more days to do on my DDaily too! then its all finished, then will photograph and upload!
drove south yesterday to pick up Mum, spent today cleaning up after Christmas. Probably won't get back to scrapping until after Mum goes home. Will get lots of photos, and that means practice with the camera that was my gift for Christmas
Well I had a little play around with Dad's camera over Christmas but mum had already taken down the tree before I arrived (don't ask...) so no Christmas light photography for me.
I am VERY happy to be back online with a brand spanking new laptop though - it seems sooooo fast compared to my old one (6 years old and finally on it's last legs) and I'm also looking forward to scrapping a bit over the next week (oh yeah - I'm home alone again for a little while - another long story!). At least it's quiet

well didn't end up finishing my dd album but will tackle that tonight. heading of to the last wednesday scrap at the local which is closing down on the 31st. going to be a sad day.
Thanks Ant - our Christmas day was drama free but still a couple of "instances" leading up to it that I found rather trying. We've still got a long way to go.
Julie I hope you enjoy your scrap despite the fact it will be the last one <3
