Trisha we lost hockey 6-1, bit of a flogging!!! we have a few new players and lost a few so hopefully we can only improve on that score!!!

I have been working cards for the next couple of months. I am so stuck on what to make for a 7.y.o. Boy. Who loves Lego. I have been cutting out shapes to make look like lego. Big failure.
any ideas anyone? I have been through my boxs of paper and no ideas. Its bad when you do 2 cards straight away no problems. 3rd is for my nephew.

Thanks in advance

Kay, Could you find a picture of a lego construction on the internet and print it up on nice card, try adjusting your printer to the best printing options and it should be ok.
Perhaps you could buy a tiny box of lego and use pieces as part of the embelishment, since it is a card you could use blu tac or some other tempory adhesive.
You could make the card like a fold out box with some lego inside, like they do the photo boxes.
I am not sure what you are looking for so I hope this is helpful. :)
Belinda, I am sure you will do better next time, my daughter plays hockey in Cairns and she loves it too. :)
Had a busy day today, no scrapping today, appointments this afternoon. Tomorrow will be totally free just housework and scrapping maybe I will finally finish my book.

Here's a snapshot of what I've been up to on holidays! Big thanks to Tiff for last month's Picasa challenge - it couldn't have come at a better time :-)

On my way home tomorrow night - it's been a good break!

I've got 3 burley men in my house laying carpet at the moment. Will be glad when its finished.

Language is a bit rough at times - and smoking on my front veranda with it whofting inside makes me frown...

but I'll say nothing - the job's being down perfectly - and soon they'll be gone!

for a perfect job Mandy sometimes rough language and smoking is bearable - we want to see photos when it is down - new floor coverings can make such a huge differecne.

Love the Paris photos Christine - cant want for your next visit to the crop room for an up close and personal look looks like you had a fantastic holiday - you should come down when she does Ant so you can hear all about her adventures in person

It has been a busy day out here that didn't get of to a good start. I had Miss chatalot going a mile a minute this morning as I was going out the driveway and keeping an eye on the neighbor who was coming out too and I collected the letter box. :(

Have had a quiet night in tonight after work with Missy playing a game. Only now just getting on the computer as we made a deal that I wasn't to do so until after our game had finished and she had gone to bed.

Of to check out what has been going on.
