oooh how did I miss your desk!!! wowowowowowow! That looks fantastic you lucky girl!!
No swapping for rain...we have enough of it for the rest of the year!!!!
Two years we had floods and the storm that split our big tree in three and threatened the house and I packed the kids up and abandoned the house, dh and the 5 men that came to help get the tree down without part or all of it falling the wrong way! The girls and I bailed and drove through a massive storm, roads with water that we couldnt see the potholes, and arrived in Coles Bay (east coast) to lovely weather!!! ANd to think what its like this year with bushfires..... what is wrong with our weather!

Nothing too dangerous to us yet, but too close for a lot of our friends. The paper today said if it gets out of control, the costal towns, about half an hour away from us, will be in harms way which are very populated this time of year. There's about 15 fire units attending it atm
I just feel for the wildlife - the lizards, the tassie devils, wombats, wallabies, etc , it has to be horrible for them.
Praying those fire get doused with a good shot of rain, Mandy! How scary for you and so sad for those that have lost there homes. even if you have insurance there's always sentimental items that can't ever be replaced.
I've been out weeding and feeding the garden this morning. I'm pooped now. Using my boy's pc as mine is having a "senior moment" ...got a new graphics card to replace my old dying one and the computer now doesn't want to boot up Hopefully my nieces husband can get it working. We going to take it around to him shortly..
