oh Julie, that is more than annoying. Hope it all goes smoothly for you on Monday.

Well, DSs decided it was time to paint the bathrooms (in spite of incredible heat - the dryness is an advantage I suppose) this week. So... our house is upside down, because of course there is the laundry and our robe to do as well! It's amazing how much stuff there is in those few rooms  Still, I'm not complaining. Good chance to cull, which I've been doing in between adding some pages to DH's album - he turns 55 next week.

Thinking about moving the extra fridge into the family room and decorating it. Anyone decorated a fridge?? I"ve no idea where to start. It's quite rusty and needs a good paint and clean up for a start.

Hi again,
I think I am getting into scrapping again. I have made a few cards and Christmas page from one of the free magazines from scrapbook shop. I knew that is cheating but the layout suited my photo that my,wonderful sister took. I really have missed doing the challenges. I just warming up.

Hope everyone is happy and healthy

Hi! Kay. So glad you are getting back into your scrapping. I'm sure now that you have started again there will be much more to come.

Weeeeeeell, we certainly got a shock this morning when a small earthquake hit our town  We've had tremors before but not with noise! It was sooo loud = the cracking sound it made jolted me clear off my chair at the computer! The floor shook and the walls vibrated.

Wow, the bushfires across the whole of australia is just horrible, I really hope things settle soon.

Glad you are getting your scrapping mojo back Kay :P

Ohh Mnady, that is scary, was thinking of you, and wondered if it was anywhere near you. We've had two bushfires near us in the last week.. so far we've been lucky, it's just burning in bushland owned by the Army. All we are getting is smoke..

Yes, it sure was us... and there's been some small aftershocks since... one three hours later... and then just little window rattling ones. Nothing like this morning.

The smoke from the fires are still horrible Karen, we've had it here too. I feel for people who have respiratory problems/asthma etc. It would be awful.

Horrible for the washing....
I keep all the doors/windows and curtaining closed (same for stinking hot days) - helps heaps.
