Some of you may of heard already, some of you not - this is a post from Helen's facebook page

hello everyone..this is Helen's friend Leanne here. Helen has asked me to post you all a message on her behalf thanking you for your love and sympathy. Details of Matt's accident are still sketchy so lots of questions. Helen and boys in shock but doing ok considering circumstances. They are going to try to get some sleep now so they have some strength for the coming days. You can contact me on 0457868754 if needed. Make sure you tell the people you love that you love them. ♥

I know haven't been around much here lately....but when I heard the news this morning this was the first place I thought to go. My thoughts are with Helen and her family and this horrible time :(
