It has been a nice day out here. Spent the morning in my pjs helping Asher to make up a card game for part of a school assignment. We have had a break by going down to the pools for a swim and am now home enjoying some lunch and a movie before going straight back into it. |

I've had a lovely weekend - a friend and I went shopping yesterday, have been making cards and gift tags, and even managed to pop into the Scraptherapy outlet and found more goodies to buy I've got a pot of chilli con carne on the stove top for dinner, and I think I may even have a glass of wine |

Well we have dinner cooking out here just mac cheese something simple and quick. Asher has got her game that she had to make all finished now, just need to make a box for it and then move onto one of the other items that she needs to have in her showbag. |

Hi girls. I haven't popped in for ages. Love this place & miss chatting so thought I would pop over and say hello. I am enjoying a quiet weekend up the coast with my family then back to the boyfriend's house in the city tomorrow. No doubt with a pile of washing & dishes waiting (why are boys so disgusting???) I scrapped 4 layouts this weekend, made Christmas cards, brought a whole outfit to wear to a friends wedding, gave the garden an overhaul and made 5 meals for my family to eat during the week. (My Dad isn't well at the moment, so trying to help out as best as I can!) Hope you all had a great weekend. xx (*I am enjoying my last week before Uni starts again...summer school!) |

oh boy Belinda.. they look super cute!!! What a wonderful experience for them. Hmmn, I dont know how other schools run their productions... but mine... they all go to the toilet before a costume is put on... All younger grades are done and dusted by the first interval, dressed and along with bags are taken to the foyer of the theatre where the parents pick them up in that first interval and they go back into the audience to watch the rest of the concert (these children dont pay for a ticket) I try to get the next age brackets done by the 2nd interval and back out into the audience too - therefore left with the senior very experienced students for the third act (they have danced all the way through the acts (we do full length ballets)... but at least we arent looking after little kids backstage and the little ones get to see the part of the production they arent in. (this is my 21st annual production -so have it running like clockwork! Nope - no parents backstage other than designated experienced helpers ANyway... gorgeous piccies... and soooooo scrappable Belinda...looking forward to seeing them scrapped |
