Christmas!!!!!!! you got that right. The year seems to be galloping and I mean galloping right on by. Its no sooner the first of the month and the last day seems to speed right up on you. Mothers Day just around the corner.
Hope that all are having a great time and accomplishing lots of scrapping and photo taking. Me well not much has been happening with me at all. All my aches and pains have increased and now that it is getting cold the thresh hold of pain has risen to unbearable.
So you all keep the interesting stuff happening here so I can at least read it all even if I can't partake much of the challenges and scrapping. Till next time have a great month and happy scrapping.

Pussycat maybe you should come north where it never gets real cold. We sometimes get down to 11 in the coldest nights while we are snuggled in our beds. But the days are stunning in winter.

Belinda treasure these years because the kids grow so quickly, mine are 24 and 21 and it seems the years have flown.

Now I am not working I found that I have time to stop and smell the roses, it really is important to take time to step away from the stress of modern living, visit your grandkids, or spend time at the beach or camping where you can let go of everything and enjoy the moment.

So I am off to smell some roses. Prima roses...

Hi Ant - I haven't actually been taking as many pics because of the weather, but it seems to finally be improving! I'll spend some time this evening and maybe tomorrow editing and popping them on fb (the family has been asking too).

Suffering from a major sugar overload from yesterday (feels somewhat like a hangover...) and we're baking this morning (breads & pastries). I had such a good time, I really wish I could do more of their classes while I'm here but they're a bit pricey.

I hope everyone has had a good start to the month!

Hello everyone, back at home after 3 weeks in FNQ. One LOVELY weekend in Babinda scrapping, drinking coffee and chatting. It was very nice to spend time with LeeAnne and Danny (thanks for all the coffees) and everyone else who was there. If you live close by and haven't ever done it - do it next time there's an opportunity :) I got heaps done, but it was all so relaxed.

BTW, you all know already how good Scraptherapy prices are, but here's my story: I was looking for an album to replace several of the old sticky variety a couple of months ago. Did my research and chose a We R Memorykeepers album. Found one at a large photo/camera/craft store in Brisbane that should have good prices because of their volume - $65, which was ok because it was just what I wanted and would replace 3 old albums. LeeAnne and Danny stock them now - $42.75. Needless to say, I bought another one for the old albums I haven't done yet.

Its a given Lea-anne & Danny rock! Since I started doing Project life I prefer this type of scrapping at the moment but I am also loving doing my A-Z Challenges :)

Has anyone else been watching the Titanic Mini Series on Channel 7? I love it I can't wait for tonight!!!

I started watching it, then missed an episode and have only managed to watch bits and pieces since then. I've found it too hard to pick up now but am disappointed coz it looks like it would have been good. Have pulled up the vinyl in the laundry this morning but didn't get too much done after that coz DH lost his footing on the wet stairs and went for a "micky". He's a bit sore and sorry atm.
