With all the changes we have had here in the last 7 days I thought this was the perfect quote for tonight. A lot of people dislike change and put it off as long as possible, however we need to embrace change and not struggle against it. I hope you are all enjoying the little butterfly that our forum is very fast becoming - it has been a load of work making the changes, but oh so worth while I am sure you will all agree. I am so excited to see you all back here and so active and motivated again.

Every Friday night girls I will be bringing you a quote of the week - feel free to use it on a layout, on your facebook page status, on your blog or any other which way you like
