Hellooo,

I have reduced the photo I want to use as my avatar to 75 x 100 pixels and it looks small enough now.
But when I try to upload to the avatar box, it says 'the avatar filesize must be between 0 and 14 KiB. But even though my photo is reduced, and looks very small, it still says the Size is 37.7 KB? So I'm guessing that is why I can't upload the smaller image, can anyone please help with this?

Shauna, I'm not sure that I'm the one to be able to help you here coz I'm not too clued up on this, but I just checked the size of my avatar pic and it says 67x100 pixels if that helps at all.

gave that a go - reduced it to pixels 67 (horizontal) and 90 (vertical), still didn't work.. will ask hub in the morning if he can help, thanks again

Shauna have you got a photo bucket account? Load the photo you want to use there and you can resize it to an avatar size. Click on the url link (i think that's the one) and then paste it into the second box in the avatar section.
