Step Two:
Distress the edge of all three papers, then cut out the centres of the dark and second paper so you can use the undersides later. Just make sure the holes you cut out are not visible when you stack and centre all the papers on top of each other. Of course you don’t cut anything from the top smaller cut paper!
Now you can stick these down.

(distressing is optional!)
