I hope you have all had a wonderful week. I thought we might get the mojo going this week and do a challenge. A nice easy one though...
My challenge to you is to make a card for some one you love. It doesn't have to be a Valentine's Day card. Maybe you have an anniversary coming up, or a special friend who you just love to bits because they are well, just them.

Here are my two examples.. One is a card for my hubby and the other is for a friend.
I have used a die to make the base of my cards. Here are a few quick steps to show you how I did it.
1 Fold your cardstock or paper in half, and cut to the approximate size of your die.
2.Place your card/paper down on your die. Move your folded edge down ever so slightly from the top of your die, we dont want it to cut through at the top edge. If you wanted to do a side opening card, you would just put the folded edge on the left hand side, and move it in slightly, as to not cut through. The ruler is just to show your where the top and side of my die are.

3. Place your die between your cutting plates as normal .
4. Run through your die cutting machine.
and you have one custom die cut shaped card.
