STEP 2
Cut your other 12x12 paper down 2cm’s on all sides so it’s smaller than the background paper. Distress, ink or sand your edges. Stick so that its centred on your first 12x12 paper. (When sticking, I put my tape runner 1cm or so in from edge on the underside, cos I like to turn up my outside edges up to look 'tray like' or like a frame with turned up corners iykwim - you dont have to do this, but you might like to try with each layer we put on.:wink: )
