I've had a little play with Karen's tute +1 challenge this month and had a heap of fun with it.
My found item was part of a table runner that my Mum had crocheted (I am cutting up some of her handiwork to add to my scrapping as I have so much of it and will never use it for it's purpose so I figure there will be little bits of her memory right throughout my scrapbooks) and I had a little play with some Prima Fairy Belle canvas resist mainly using Tim Holtz stains. The stains bled a bit compared to the inks but for me I like the effect. On the leafy bit, I used the paper backing of the canvas to extend the branch a bit. The stains went right through to this backing sheet and I thought it was worth using.
