Lee-Anne gave me some of the new Marvy Alcohol markers. to play with this month.
Here are two cards made using the same markers in two different ways.

Swipe and stamp.
I have used this technique on the top card and it is something that is best used with clear stamps so you can see where you are stamping. You will also need to clean the stamp when changing colours of the markers so that the marker tips don't get dirty. Using a light colour marker run it over the area of the stamp that you want to colour and then stamp it onto your card. With a darker colour swipe over a smaller area of the stamp and stamp over the first image. I have used this on the flower spray part of the stamped image on my card. Swiping and stamping gives a more muted water coloured look.
Stamp and colour.
I have used this technique on the bottom card. Using a Memento ink pad stamp your image onto white card. Starting with the lighter colour again colour it in adding in the darker colour in small amounts. Then with the lighter colour you can blend the two colours for a smooth shading.
