I have been very remiss in visiting over the last year or so as time has not permitted.

Recently I had a knee replacement operation and have found that I have extra time on my hands and thought I would visit some of my old haunts to see what is going on now.

You seem to be very busy around here and I will look forward to seeing what is going on.

Here you go Jen:
It's through the "user control panel".

User Control Panel - Profile - Edit Avatar

Then you can upload a pic from your computer or another site. The dimensions have to be within these ranges:

Maximum dimensions; width: 100 pixels, height: 100 pixels, file size: 14.65 KiB.

And you can use photobucket, picnik, http://www.shrinkpictures.com/?x=82&y=74 or similar to change the dimensions of your pic.
