Hi there guys.
What have you all got planned for the rest of this weekend? Not much here I think I may just try and get some of the few Christmas photos I took scrapped tonight as I have a child free night and then will probably go out to the shops for a bit tomorrow.

Hey Miss Julie, its been quiet here... maybe we need to wake the forum up a little!!
I've been kidless all week as the girls are up the farm with their grandparents, I get them back on Monday night.
My weekend is pretty much cleaning out a shed and getting rid of 'stuff' we now know we dont want since the move. Other than that... I think I might scrap. Lots of challenges to do in blogland

Hey there Missy Mandy.
Have fun clearing out.
Blog land challenges. I've not checked any out for ages. May have to see what is out there.
I've been scrapping tonight. Have nearly finished a just because page. So liking it at the moment and don't die of shock but I managed to do a boy page with flowers.
Well I've been cleaning and sorting and fitting in a bit of scrapping in between. Our garage was to be tackled this weekend but a bit of a change of plans so might have to wait - again. So much sorting to do, but this time I'm determined to REALLY declutter it.

Not fun cleaning sheds out Julie!! but it will be fun when its done, I'll have a place to store scrappy stuff! I couldnt do anything yesterday with it, nor probably today as the heat is a bit much and its in the full sun where I sort and put things in the car etc to take away. grrrr.
The bushfires are awful. Mum and Dad are about 20 mins away from them, and my cousins have been evacuated. I feel for the wildlife and farm animals that couldnt get away. Its awful. We know people who have lost everything. We are normally down the Eastcoast at Coles Bay for our annual holiday but this year for the first time in 18yrs decided not to go.... maybe that was just as well.
I've been watching the news and it is all very sad to see the remains of people's houses and as you said, Mandy, I too feel for the animals that couldn't escape. I do hope all goes well for your relations that are so close.
I am back.. I have been busy doing other things but now once again I am single and this week I finally had time to myself to set up a scrapping area for myself and try to get organize. That was my big problem.
I hope to do more challenges this year.
I hope you all had a wonderful scrappy chirstmas and new year.

We are well and truly okay cos I live at the top of tassie thank goodness... its down south where my family are, and the east coast that are doing it tough.
Its hard Christine when you have your family for holidays - and they leave.. there's empty spots in the house. I feel the same when I have Meaghan home. Sigh... It feels life forever since she was here. hugs.

Hi there Kay. Hope you get your scrappy area sorted so you can start doing some scrapping. Now that I do have a scrap room I still scrap at the kitchen table as I like being a part of the action so to speak.
Would be hard to have them go back home Christine. Hugs.
Must of been fate that made you change your holiday plans Mandy. Would you have been in the fire area?

Too close for comfort Julie... and its also being cut off to get in and out as its a peninsula. We are going to nearby Stanley instead which is just beautiful. If any of you every come to visit Tassie, Stanley is on the must sees.

Tassie is on my list of places to go Missy. One day I will get there.
Mandy, I'm so glad to hear that you are ok, it really is so devastating for everyone who is being affected by the fires, and they are in our thoughts. Julie I'm with you, Tassie is high up on our must go to list as well... Troy's parent are actually on holiday in their caravan in Tassie at the moment.
Wow we have had a very busy last few weeks, and Thank goodness it's all over now.. I hope you all had a lovely new year .
Im looking forward to actually getting in to my little scrappy place and having a play.. I was lucky enough to get a handmade custom built desk for Christmas, and I can't wait to sit at it and have a play!!
