Hey there girls.

What are your plans for the weekend?

After a bit of a rocky start this morning (see below) I am looking forward to some scrapping time tonight, Movies tomorrow and some more scrapping on Sunday. I so need to get back into the swing of it.

Alarm went of at 5.30 for me to get up and ready for work to leave home about 7.00 dropping Asher out at Mum's on the way. When I turned of my alarm I see a message on my phone from Craig.

At hospital.Whats my mobile number?

Panic starts. I'm ringing Craig and he is not answering his phone. I don't know what's going on so do I

1. Go into work anyway only to maybe have to leave if it is an emergency an hour or so later or
2. Call up and say I am not coming in.

I went for the second option as it would of been harder to try and find someone later in the morning to come in and replace me if I had to leave.

At mum's place Craig finally calls me about 7.15 after nearly two hours of running all these different scenarios through my over active mind to tell me that his Dad was having trouble breathing but he is home now and all is ok.

So after all that I could of gone into work and instead ended up doing some running around with Asher getting her school uniform sorted out that Mum was going to do for me with a list in tow. When I got to the school they had sold out of the tops I needed to get for Asher, only got two pairs of shorts not 4 that I wanted and had some forms that I didn't know about to fill in that Mum would of not been able to do.

Morning all.

Tried to o some scrapping last night with not much luck. It just wasn't working for me. Hopefully it will be easier tonight.

Going to take Missy out to the movies today and get the last of the school stuff labeled, sorted and ready for Monday.

Have a great day what ever it is you get up to.

Well its been a while but been so busy here and havent scrapbooked in quiet some time. maybe august/sept? Hi all, back to school over here in the west. the girls went today and Rory starts kindy tomorrow doing 2 days a week.

23.01.13 saw us welcome James Ray into the world (7pound 12, 49cms). Unfortunately the aftermath of his arrival was a little traumatic with me ending up in the ASCU (adult special care unit) for a day . we have been home a week and recovering well. thankfully my husband still has another week of work whilst be get back into the school routine.

So now i have 4 children to scrapbook!! James is such a good baby i am thinking whilst rory is at kindy they will be the days i can get back into it!!!

Hi! Belinda welcome back and a big welcome to your new little man. I hope all is well with you now and that you get the chance to get back into scrapping. Lots of pics of the new addition, I'll bet.

I painted a clock in about 2000 and never used it cause we have a clock that we received as a gift when we married, even after 27 years it is still going. So I have decided that I am replacing it anyway, it might be ther for another 27 years if I don't. I turned it over and realised I had not varnished the back, oops  so that's my job for today and then I will put it together and hang it.

Morning all. What are your plans for today?

For me it is the dreaded food shop, a visit to the doctors and running around with Missy after school.

What ever you have planned have a good one.

Have a good day? I did was rather quiet, most of my days are.. I am still enjoying being at home full time, it is nice to step off the crazy train and take the time to smell the roses [gardenias in my garden]. I have looked after my great nephew, home from school sick, organised a exercise routine wiith my nice and visited my sister while she looked after a grandchild when his mum was unwell. [Helen, I had lots of cuddles with Cooper :P ]
I did get to varnish my clock and now I have some time I am going to select some photos to scrap for the next while.
Have s good night everyone.

The joys of a house full of males Lee Anne  Trisha, I am envious so will go seeking other great-nephew cuddles this weekend.

Work's a bit crazy again, colleague is going on leave to have her second child (a boy, it seems to be a rule where I work - just lucky they're all adorable  ) .

Still here - computer virus so it had to go to computer doctor and then I also had 2.5 weeks of working full-time, and DH was away at work so I didn't have him to help.
I don't know how some of you mums work full-time, have a family, cook dinner and do housework (we ate so much takeaway  )
Staff meeting yesterday and found out business had sold end of last year and new owners have just received all their approvals so they start next Monday, we have to go in Friday at 4.30 to meet them. Shock for all the staff as we didn't even know it was for sale.
DD has gastroscope today (they put her to sleep for it thank goodness) as in her whole 16 years her reflux has never settled down. Specialist thinks that she needs operation to fix her oesophagus tube. After this procedure she is on waiting list for 2nd procedure to be done (this time awake :( , they have to thread camera on wire down though nose to oesophagus and leave it there for 24 hours to record reflux)

Julie - hope Miss A is settling into school and thank goodness panic wasn't too urgent.
Belinda - congrats
everyone else - hello
