Splash - Dec/Jan Scrap Ahead Layout

This is my take on the Dec/Jan Scrap Ahead Layout. Papers are from the Echo Park "Splash" collection, jewels are Kaisercraft, buttons from my stash, paper twine is Green Tara. Making the frame was time consuming but I love the effect - thanks for the inspiration Deb!
