this is my take on the mono sketch challenge ......my bit of recycling is ..a plastic bin liner that i have chopped up and made the rosette flower and have stapled it about the edges .....i have used p.p x4, c/s x 2, brads, twine,ink, paint, pen, staples, paper clips, plastic bag, leaves and alphabet ...all green =)

i have lost 15 kg since july last year this was taken in may ...TFL
