Special Decoration for 2008

Used simple plan 09 as inspiration for this challenge. 3 requirements used are Kaiser Rhinestone shape (star) Kaiser stamp (journalling block) Kaiser rubon (Memory journalling square rubon). Also used Kaiser pp's and Rhinestones around the border.
