auntsanduncles.jpgAunts and UnclesI can't photograph straight for the life of me today so excuse the carpet in the background! The journalling around the edges is a lot more visible in reality but again it's not coming up too well in the photo, it's basically just saying that I love my aunts and uncles and am lucky to have them all in my life! Finally used up some of the brown and blue bits and pieces I've had lying around for a while!5 comments03/26/10 at 20:39pitt: Great take on the challenge love the photos!!

I used DCWV paper and c/s which I had for a class I ran at school, ribbon left over fron some cushions I bought and thickers.3 comments03/26/10 at 20:38pitt: Just love that bow the colors are also very beauti...

tøyse.jpg"Matheus ta brille meg!" ("Matheus, take my picture!")My eight year old son has taken the photos in this layout. And the journaling is telling the story about our "everyday photo session". The paper from "Cherry Arte" has been laying around here for many months, with too much color to fit anything. Today i found the perfect photos, not in my own camera, but in my sons. ;)4 comments03/26/10 at 20:37pitt: This is so much fun well done on the challenge and...

4413697102_0143cf49f3.jpgJournalling challengeThis is one of my favourite photos of my best friend and I.
I experimented with some more embossing. Embossed the thickers with Black powder, came out ok, kind of spotty...
Thanks for looking :)

DSC02494.JPGFamily MemoriesChocolate, Kraft, Olive and Rain. What a great colour combo. Kaisers Duchess collection has been used. I have recycled some old lace using a distressing spray in olive green. The frill around the Chocolate circle has been done with a border punch then run through a paper crimper to get the folds to make it easy to go around the curve.7 comments03/26/10 at 20:32pitt: Great take on the challenge!!

ST_-_March_Challenge_-_Stand_Tall.jpgMarch Colour Challenge - Stand TallOh what a great challenge this turned out to be - thank you Jodi...I really loved using these colours together, but wouldn't have usually. Used Core'dinations, & CS scrap offcuts, machine sewing, embossed chippie, hand made tissue flower, button, AC alphas, Tim Holtz tags, zig writer. This is my wonderful DH taken last year during a Sydney visit.
