I created the background using black paint, Tim Holtz mask & a tooth brush. The lettering is Bella Chipboard that I painted black and covered with dimensional magic, and set KC bling into it as it was drying, the rub ons are KC. Kraft c/s, glimmer misted some cogs, randomly stamped the background with some bubble wrap, an old Kaisercraft 6 x 6 pad, a button and some string and I am quite happy with the result.
