nature_s_artwork.JPGFirst attemp at a cc. I made the papers myself using a variety of art techniques such as marbling, shaving foam printing, water colour pencils, salt resist and crayon resist. I also used ink and paint. Bazzill card. The owl is from 'what a hoot' pp by Kaiser and the leaves are from We R memory keepers, fiddle faddle. IMG_8619.JPGYour special day....October CC...Bower bird challenge....This is my take on Lisa's challenge. (loved it)
I have included:
Paint and ink (used my new maya stamps!!!!:-))
Own handwriting or a freestyle title...I have used both. I drew the 'special' title and tried to make it similiar to the rub on's I have used...(not too sure I was that successful!!!)
The colour red....(bit of understatement really!!!!)
Two different p/p's (the gorgeous mme ranges)
Wool...Have used wool for the stitching around the photo...

003-3-1.jpgPulling Faces with PoppyIve used paint on the background, ink on the edges of the PP as well as on the banner, handwritten journalling under the photo, 2 pp's from Sass Lass, twine holding the banner together and lots of red! sscc_001.jpgLove kissing youoh gosh how hard cwas it keeping two only two pp!! lol i still enjoyed the challenge though :D i used both my own handwritting in the title as well as some AC thickers, some tim holtz stamps with the distress ink on the white paint, grunged up a page out of a book and added the red pp, funny how the red really made my mind up on what colour scheme..lol doddled the boader to keep in the At attck theme...really loved this challenge, even if i couldn't cut sick with the pp...lol :D 6 comments10/21/10 at 09:13DanniT: Great take on the challenge, cute photo
