thermarch.JPGPull Your Own WeightMy take on the sketch challenge. Bazzill c/s. quik cutz quick strips, cuttle bug embossing folder bubbles, cricut cartridge tear drops, sizzix tag, basic grey June bug, bella allegory, vintage moon moonrakes, eyelets, twine, faber castell pens and a picture hanger, all from the scrap box. Really did not make a dent but hey it is the thought that counts..........5 comments03/26/10 at 20:19pitt: Love the use of all your embellies, l don't th...

love1.gifLoveMy take on the sketch challenge. Used BG scraps I had on my desk, part of a brown paper bag, and as it had a handle, decided to utilise it so the LO could be hung on the wall. I inked and then embossed with a script stamp and a glitter embossing powder. Glimmermisted the paperbag, and the lace scrap, and used buttons from my stash. Thickers for the title. Nothing new was used!6 comments03/26/10 at 20:18pitt: Fantatsic idea love the colors your photo is aweso...

to_på_en_mur.jpgTo på en mur (two boys on a wall)This layout is made out of scrap paper and 5 year old embellishments. The text is telling my youngest son how his father had to sit behind the wall, holding his shirt, so that he wouldn't fall down. The picture was taken outside our summer house in Naxos, Greece. 5 comments03/26/10 at 20:16pitt: This is so cute love your take on the sketch!

Hiroshima.jpgHiroshima-2004This is a fairly liberal interpretation of the sketch challenge... Dug out this photo from 2004.
Being Green on this LO, I used scraps for the strips and for the photo mount. Also when I hated my first attempt, parts came onto this one :)

Monthly_sketch_challenge_ST_Mar10.jpgIn SightMy take on Allie's sketch challenge.....turned the sketch on it's side. My "green" things are.....b/ground is pizza box packaging, strips are "green-ish" pp scraps, photo matt is some non-slip shelf lining rubbery stuff inked with black stazon, cord from some drawstring type packaging and an outdoors photo. tfl.9 comments03/26/10 at 20:09pitt: Fantastic recycling love the colors suits the phot...

DSC02494.JPGFamily MemoriesChocolate, Kraft, Olive and Rain. What a great colour combo. Kaisers Duchess collection has been used. I have recycled some old lace using a distressing spray in olive green. The frill around the Chocolate circle has been done with a border punch then run through a paper crimper to get the folds to make it easy to go around the curve.7 comments03/26/10 at 06:25Deb MK: This is gorgeous.......I llloooovvveee the circle ...
