It looks like there are some white patches on it but there aren't it is just how the picture scanned (???). I have used Kraft as my base and Black Market Paper Society "Let It Bloom" series pp, ? brand adhesive letters Carolee's Creations "Adorn It" tiny sticky letters, chippie frame, Prima flowers, Stickles and Dimensional Magic on the word "CHANGE".
