run_away_with_me.jpgRun away with meStampede theme inspired me to scrap my wedding day, as the bridal party was literally running to catch the city cat from the botanical gardens where we got photos to the Regatta for the reception!
The paper I used in this scrap was BG Romani Pooro. KC emblishments. Stamping tech. 1 stamp that I own on the bottom of the page in blue. 2 inked paper kitchen towel to blotch the mounting CS. 3 I cut 3 ribbon flowers, mounted them using thick foam DS tape and used ink to create the pattern on cream CS!

Muriel_008.JPG
Muriel_008.JPGThis ManI never met this man. He was the father of my friend Gloria [I'm flooded in at her place and don't have any of my own photos] To scrap him I did some research into his life and am very impressed by his character. He lived bravely, loved wholeheartedly and deeply, worked tirelessly, and was loved and respected by those who knew him.
I used CS and stamped with Ronna Farrer word frourishes that described this man as best I could. The PP is Paper Pizazz vintage range. I made the journaling tag with stamps.

motocoaster_4_stamps.jpgEscaping your ChildhoodI looked up stampede in the thesaurous and it said that stampede also meant escaping.

So I took the opportunity to scrap this photo of my youngest with his first time on a rollercoaster (motocoaster in Dreamworld) and journal about how he is escaping his childhood.

I did you BG papers on the right side I believe they are from the Oh Baby! Boy line.

CC_Sketch_Challenge.JPG
CC_Sketch_Challenge.JPGCC Sketch ChallengeI used the actual thought of a Stampede for this - my girlfriend's twin boys were in a very big hurry to get here - born at just 33 weeks - very healthy though and now thriving - this is one of them.
The materials I've used include AC CS, chatterboxinc. PP, Bella! Chipz lettering, Imaginescence Stamps, Versa Colour Inks, Prima Stamp, ribbons from stash.
