ul___DSC06296.JPGCC#2 Inspiration challenge "style"I was inspired by the dresses in your picture to use this photo of my mum from 1962 in her peddle pushers. I added images from the net, but the irony is if i could look in my mums old pattern box, i would probably find these axact ones (my mum was a professional seamstress).8 comments07/13/09 at 05:53Helen: Thats wonderful. colours are great

Anyone who asks "what's your brother's name?" this is the answer they get. Now it's stuck so "Aff" he is!! TFL11 comments07/13/09 at 05:52Deb MK: That is just too cute! Luv your mix of pp's -...

Shirleys-21st.jpg
Shirleys-21st.jpgCC Sketch challenge[the scan is too dark- I might have to do it again]This is my eldest sisters 21st. I'm the one with the bowl haircut[ thanks Mum]
I gathered the lace to make it bumpy and folded the ribbon under the flower. I actually had to ring my sister to get details and I never realised[ I was too young] that my brother had been killed in a car accident 2 weeks before this. I can't remember it happening at this time and now I feel all yuk!
