rewards_box.jpgRewards boxI have used BG's sugared range from a 6x6 pad and their journal block stamps for the tags. We use a reward system with our DD’s where they get to add a button to the button jar when they have done their jobs or for good behaviour. When the jar is full they get a reward. Summer_2009.JPG
Summer_2009.JPGSummer 2009As soon as I saw the Oscars poster I knew what I wanted to do. I had been thinking of doing a "wordle" of all summer words and printing it out but decided to do it with all odd rub-ons, alphas etc and make my own. All about our very hot Jan and Feb temperatures.

Thanks Mandy for a great inspirational poster!

Ack and please excuse the mark on the top of the layout. I need my camera lens cleaned I think!

Little_Farmers.jpg
Little_Farmers.jpgLittle FarmersI used coredinations CS as my bsckground Then I painted it with white I used white Broderie Anglase at the side of the photo, down the page [Threaded with red ribbon] and at the top I used the embroidery off an old fashioned collar. I made flowers with a punch and used white to ink the edges. Some buttons and fibres and I put in a splash of soft beige and matched the stamp and ink for the edges to the greytones of the photo.8 comments02/22/09 at 13:52Vicki: So pretty!
