The scalloped border and decorative stripe in the middle are from one sheet of the pad. The blue 'petals' are flocker, I used a diecut formthe pad and added some eyelets to it and raised it up on some pop dots. Finished it of with some Kasier flowers and bling3 commentsApr 19, 2010

For this card I used DCWV cardstock, PK 6x6 pad, The words have a varnish finish too them and the blue 'petal' are flocked. I added some Kaiser flowers and bling and added some eyelets to the corner.
