August09_colour_combo_challenge.jpgDressing up is so much fun. This is my take on the colour challenge for August. I loved putting this one together - great challenge. I've used Bella allegory pp for the base and then chopped up prima's flirty little secret d/s c/stock - coy to use the frame and run the vine up the page and across the bottom. Also used a prima flower and AC glitter jewellery box thickers and other bits and pieces.12 commentsAug 13, 2009
Aug_CC_challenge_cards.jpgThings with wings card challengeMy 'sayings' are inside the card, they read:
May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun
And find your shoulder to light on,
To bring you luck, happiness and riches
Today, tomorrow and beyond.
~Irish Blessing
A bird does not sing because it has an answer. It sings because it has a song
“A wise old owl sat on an oak; The more he saw the less he spoke; The less he spoke the more he heard; Why aren't we like that wise old bird?â€

09_Goodbye_Mr.jpgGoodbye Mr. Pink UggiesThis was such a hard photo to scrap as the story will tell - I started it for Sandra's inspiration challenge but didn't get home from Brisbane in time to finish and load it.
Materials: MM paper, AC cardstock, thickers and chipboard shapes

IMG_2753.jpgCurrent Family FavouriteHere is my take on the puzzle sketch challenge. I have used basic grey PP, and Ribbon, made some flowers from kaiser paper flowers. I have a chipboard pokadot heart and I have used some decorative paperclips with the flowers to create the clusters.
