Muriel_031.JPGStitches of Love79 viewsI took my inspiration from the colours of the flags [teal & red] and the buildings [sandstone and brown]. I used CS which I sanded, distressed, inked and stamped. I tea dyed the lace stitched the title and handmade the journaling card. The photo is of my friend Gloria and her little brother taken in 1950 when Gloria was 3 yo. The children's clothes [parachute silk] were sewn and hand embroidered by their Mother, Dorothy Rowena Woods. Stitched with love.6 comments
