Papers from the Echo Park "Little Boy" collection, chipboard letters are by Bella, ric rac from Prima, rubon is from Kaisercraft, and smaller alpha stickers are AdornIt.

Paper twine is Green Tara, flowers are Kaisercraft (I've had the pink ones for over 2 years and have FINALLY used the last of them!), buttons from my stash and I cut the alphas with the Sizzix "Cherish" dies.
