Hi guys

I need to do a speech tonight titled what is Scrapbooking. This speech is for a group of non-crafters.

So if you had to sum up what is scrapbooking what would you say

LOL.... my dad used to say "cutting and pasting" but we all know its sooooooooooooooo much more than that!

For me it is my creative outlet to remember the fun and good times (and the sad and not so good times) by adding a bit of colour and bling to the page.
I like to be able to write down the story too about the photo if it deems necessary.....

And I suppose all in all its about having a physical place to store my memories.

Have fun with the speech Lee-anne!

I went with the preservation of memories slant, with the emphasis on Acid free archival preservation, together with the Journalling side to better tell our story to future generations - went well, I passed and even had two of the audience indicate an interest in scrapbooking afterwards

I didn't see this when you needed it Lee-Anne.

I tell people its a decorative way of preserving photos.
