Thats a classic paper range! Daisyd was way before her time! shame she wasnt still around to be among all the fabby shabby chic now! (I think there are some still in the shop??)
Hello all. I'm looking for some inspiration for Christmas cards, because I have a stack of dark navy blue card I would like to put to use, but it's not setting me on fire in the way of a Christmas theme! It's quite dull.
The best I've come up with so far is using silver foil paper, cut in long thin christmas tree shapes as the main decoration - but I've done something similar a few times.
Would love to hear any suggestions - elegant, cheery, or grunge - all good for me

And pinspiration.....
but then again... I'd probably use white or light colour dabbers or some gesso to background on the navy and then use whatever you like = add lime green and reds... or gold and reds
Also, once you fold your navy card... you can cut out pattern paper or plain paper to fit your front - or use a shape from your sizzix... things like that

Can you colour gesso? What would you use to colour it?
