Happy Boy - June Tech + One

I stamped the background with bubble wrap and white acrylic paint, fussy cut the stars and used the Inkssentials white gel pen to doodle around the stars, on the scalloped border and used the "negative" of the cutout stars for the white stars on the background.

Papers are Echo Park "Little Boy" and the scalloped boarder is from the MME Alphabet Soup kit, and I used a layout I found on Pinterest for inspiration.
