Copy_of_Grandma_and_Mum.JPGNo TitleThis is my Grandma and my Mum when she was about 5 years old. Out shopping about 1946. The LO is the 2nd of 7 heritage pics on my scrapping list. Not sure why I didn't journal on it?? Gave this one to Mum as well. Did this one in 2 days as I decided at the last minute to do it.3 comments
Grandma.JPGGrandmaThe lady in the LO is my Grandma way back I don't know when :). This is the 1st of about 7 (I think) heritage pics on my scrapping list. It's my 1st attempt at heritage and took over a week to do as I really had no idea what to do with it. Heritage scares me a little because you really need to try and stick with the theme. Gave it to my Mum.2 comments
DSC06518.JPGjust a stitch in timethis is it...my NON-FLOWER layout!!! In keeping with the theme this month i took a photo (I'm pleased with how it turned out) of my heritage sewing box contents and did a layout using laces, doilies, buttons and braids, but not a flower in site.
ps just realized i forgot the "T" in stitch but will fix it later4 comments

DSC04140.JPGtartan teddyAnother photo of a teddy of Mums. I used a few layers of paper to create this curled edge effect, along with my favourite pine cone ink stamp. I especially like how the flower with the ripped paper petals turned out.
DSC04192.JPGantiques and laceI love this photo of my bear all dressed up in old lace and took it especially so I could do an old fashioned layout page in sepia type colours.
DSC04344.jpgMy MumMy favourite colour sepia photos of my Mum taken in 1961. It features my favourite flower punch, with some of them inked, or embossed, and some crumpled to give that old style effect.
