I cropped the photo to make Rachel the focus, deepened & sharpened the image slightly then used the frame feature. I even had a play with the blemish tool (it took me a little while to get the hang of it) but I think I managed to remove the mark near its neck ok. The original photo is in the forum thread. Cropped, changed to sepia tones, lines softened, shaddows deepened and museum matted using tones from the pic to match the colour. The original can be seen in the forum thread.
