First_Birthday.jpgFirst Birthdayapologising for quality of pic in advance (laptop and normal software unavailable) Paint is gold, drybrushed onto dotted swiss cardstock which impressed me with the result - first layout after a very dry spell. Thanks for the sketch5 commentsAug 26, 2011

August_Sketch.JPG"Summer Love" - August Sketch ChallengeOk I'm typically a card maker but thought I'd give a couple of layouts a go this month too. I figured sketches were a good place to start!
Spellbinder's Parisian Accents border & flourish, Martha Stewart Classic Butterfly punch, Kaisercraft Black paint & pearls, & Bella Chipboard lettering (not 100% sure that it's Bella but I did pick it up from Babinda when I first moved to Cairns and it's the first time I've used it!). Kraft & white cardstock.
IMG_0071~0.JPGSovereign HillI used two photos for this sketch and dark brown water colour paint on the edges or the coloured stripe paper and gold paint on the edges of the background paper, photos and elsewhere.3 commentsAug 21, 2011

someone_precious.jpgSomeone PreciousI flipped the sketch onto it's side. Included 2 word title and painted background. Used some old Daisy D's pps and toned them down with white ink. 6 commentsAug 16, 2011
